I am a fountain of ideas, a champion for hope, and a collector of knowledge and experiences.

I am a deep well of curiosity, creativity, compassion, and courage. 

Grounded in the sacred and navigating with whimsy, I boldly step into the unknown and the uncomfortable with the purpose of nurturing awareness, restoration, and connection. 

I reflect all of this in my values, passions, and choices.

Having clarity of who I am, while embracing and appreciating ALL of myself, I am able to walk through life with greater confidence and joy. 

This clarity allows me to orient my life toward what is more meaningful and fulfilling for me.

The journey hasn't been easy. 

I have walked in many circles trying to answer the age-old question, "Isn't there more to life?" 

Only when prompted by my coach to answer the question "Who am I?" and "What gifts do I want to offer the world?" did I discover that hidden in my journey was a skill set that I had been developing for as long as I could remember.

And it was in the soil of curiosity, creativity, compassion, and courage that I discovered such skills as sensing the social field, powerful communication, and emotional intelligence.

They had been there, growing. Coaching helped me identify and harvest them.

These and many more skills continue to grow. I tend to them with love, joy, patience, kindness, gentleness, and gratitude for these are my gifts to others. Daily I nurture and refine these skills through coaching others and in my service to high school students with exceptionalities.

Holding a dual certification in life and spiritual coaching from the Life Purpose Institute I look forward to helping others experience transformation and discover a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
